Ready for the futureWorley is a global energy, chemicals and resources expert professional services company based in Australia.Right now, we are bridging two worlds as we accelerate towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping our customers provide the energy, chemicals and resources society needs now.Purpose:As a member of Worley's global Compliance team, promote, oversee, and implement Worley's compliance program to ensure that the location's project operations and functions adhere to Worley's Values and Code of Conduct.Responsibilities:Serve as a key point of contact for compliance matters and provide guidance to leadership and personnel in Mexico.Develop an annual plan of compliance activities with the location leadership, aligning with the regional compliance roadmap and global compliance program.Develop, coordinate, and deliver compliance trainings and workshops in English and Spanish to Worley employees and third-party contractors, promoting ethical conduct and compliance to standards.Work closely with location leadership to conduct risk assessments, identifying and mitigating potential compliance risks related to corruption, bribery, modern slavery, conflict of interest, trade sanctions, and other unethical conduct.Ensure due diligence is conducted on all third parties before entering contracts, covering risks evaluated from the Compliance perspective.Provide regular reports and updates to the Chief Compliance Officer and Location Director in Mexico.Exclusive Requirements:5-7 years of experience in ethics and compliance.A self-starter, capable of working independently and as part of a global team.Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.Experience in corporate compliance.Self-motivated with clear communication skills at all levels and ability to foster collaborative relationships.Strong organizational skills to set priorities, establish objectives, and manage schedules.Ability to provide efficient service while maintaining adherence to Compliance and Corporate standards.Experience in coordinating overall training plans.Time management skills.Proficiency in both Spanish and English with excellent writing and analytical skills.Strong understanding of and adherence to Anti Bribery & Corruption laws, Worley's Code of Conduct and Values.Knowledge of FCPA and UK Bribery legislation is highly preferred.If you need any accessibility adjustments, please mention it in your application.#J-18808-Ljbffr
