.Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company.Plan, coordinate and ensure the availability of components to cover established production plans and direct material requirements, maintaining communication with the areas involved, as well as processing requisitions and ensuring deliveries of consumable materials, to ensure compliance with the objectives established by the organization.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze requirements and send purchase orders (to suppliers and requesters), quoting and evaluating the best option, supplying direct purchases.Guarantee payments are applied within the established times.Ensure supplier account statements are kept up to date.Keep the New Orders report for service parts updated, by analyzing the availability of materials and customer priorities, to have an optimal delivery and after-sales process in accordance with established standards.Record, verify and attend to Customer Service and/or Marketing requests, receiving and channeling phone calls or emails, coordinating the areas involved in the production process, as well as investigating and providing the status of customer orders on a daily basis until said requests are completed, with the purpose of providing responses to the requirements presented (same day the request was received), guaranteeing compliance with the established standards of care.Ensure and organize production programs in the times established by the calendar, obtaining information from the various Oracle reports, assigning the production sequence according to the defined rules, receiving information from clients and assigning the priority level according to the nature of each case, as well as providing follow-up on urgent shipments such as quick ships, in order to obtain an efficient production process and promote on-time deliveries for various clients.Review engineering changes and take necessary actions on paperwork or priorities, by analyzing the reasons for the change, to anticipate any errors or delays in the manufacturing of units or future part numbers.Carry out the Customer Service feedback process, by analyzing the status file with the units/kits in past due, so that the end customer has updated information on the status of their units.QualificationsA Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineering from four-year college or university.5+ years of experience.English Advanced Level.
