**About The Role**:The Sourcing & Materials analyst is responsible to support the NPI team - New Product Introduction - by ensuring critical tool components are procurement competitive and delivered on time based off aggressive schedule. The role is of significant importance as it focuses on components and materials currently not on a BOM, requiring for the individual to do market research, find and onboard new suppliers and make sure first builds are done within the customer's stringent specifications. The role requires to interact with both commercial and technical individuals located across various time zones and be effective communicating technical and commercial requirements and expectations. This is a high paced environment, with exposure to various industries, giving the individual fast and wide learning, networking and growth opportunities.**Key Responsibilities**:- Work with engineers to manage purchase requisitions- Work with buyers to manage purchase orders- Work with project manager/planners to define and track project materials- Interface with suppliers (machine and sheet metal shops, electrical components) for quotation requests and material status- Track build status, ship schedules and escalate shortages or delays vs plan- Coordinate with carriers for most effective shipment of components- Support NPI sourcing on supplier discovery, commodity business plan, and strategy development/execution**Requirements**:- Working knowledge of Excel and MS Outlook- Basic knowledge of SAP or Oracle preferred- Experience with logistics and material procurement- English speaking and writing required, Mandarin, German and/or Korean preferred- Experience in purchasing and/or material planning- Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: $140.00 - $200.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekAbility to Commute:- Monterrey, N.
