Comprador Sr Aprovisionamiento E Importaciones

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Professionals graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade, International Business or related.
- Fluent conversation, understanding and writing skills in English **(REQUIRED)**
- Minimum experience of 4 years in a similar position within manufacturing companies **( IS A MUST)** as the responsable for the procurement of commodities, suppies, raw materials, machinery and equipment at local and worlwide level.
- Experience in Manufacturing and Quality Standards
- Probed experience in Incoterms, Mexican Customs Law and importation process from origin to commissioning.
- ERP System Management Capability ( Procurement Module )

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to obtain better prices and conditions.
- Carry out supplier management, establishing commercial agreements and supply strategies that contribute to keep the competitive advantage of the company.
- Focus on the objectives of the area to generate the expected results in your position.
- Keep updated all the information related to the procurement process in the ERP system and generate the periodic reports for the top management.
- Guarantee the compliance with purchasing policies, procedures and regulations established by the company.
- Contribute to the search and development of local and foreign suppliers to expand the current base.
- Provide alternative solutions in case of emergency, to avoid production breakdown due to the lack of supplies, raw material, machinery or equipment.

**SKILLS**
- Knowledge of the procurement processes at high demand manufacturing environments.
- Able to generate quotations and comparative charts
- Strategic planning capabilities, advanced knowledge in procurement of national supplies and imports.
- Knowledge in contracts and commercial tenders
- Conflict management and decision making.
- Microsoft Office capabilities ( advanced skills in Excel ,Word, PowerPoint, Outlook )
- Analysis, Control and Management capabilities for strategic decision making.

**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $33,000.00 per month
