We are looking for an extremely proactive collaborator with a growth mindset and an excellent work ethic.**YOUR MISSION**:To avoid inventory stockouts, delayed customs clearance and paying unnecessary logistic expenses by optimizing and managing our supply chain in México and Brasil, research new product and service suppliers, purchase products, and manage e-commerce platforms.**KEY ACTIVITIES**:- Research new product and service suppliers.- Manage purchase orders with Chinese suppliers.- Ensure all our 300 different products comply with customs' requirements.- Manage imports and freights.- Manage warehouse re-stocks and fulfillment.- Ensure our supply chain is constantly improving.- Manage e-commerce platforms.- Issue Invoices.- Help with our expansion to Brazil.- Help with E-commerce & administrative work to support other departments.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Education level: Bachelor's degree.- English proficient: Business level. (B2 or higher)- Excel proficiency.- 1+ years of experience in maritime imports / freight forwarding / purchasing.- You must own your own computer (high-speed internet connection required)- Flexible working hours.
