In addition, agile methodology sourcing and implementation experience with proven complex contract negotiation experience is a must.The individual will be able to navigate ambiguity and bring strong partnering skills and the ability to influence business partners at various levels throughout the Swiss Re organization.As part of the IT Outsourcing (ITO) Procurement team and working closely with the wider Group Procurement networks and vendors globally, you will drive procurement initiatives to meet overall supply/demand requirements while implementing sustainable cost reduction and service improvements globally in line with business and IT domain expectations.We are looking for a candidate who:Has a bachelor's degree in science, technology, or business administration. We have a strong preference for CIPS or similar professional qualification.Has excellent command over the English language; other languages are desirable.Has ideally ten (10) years of sourcing experience in the insurance, re-insurance, or financial services industry.Possesses advanced capabilities in category, demand, and vendor management.Has a very good comprehension of sourcing systems.Possesses well-developed interpersonal skills.Has a strong focus on customer service and excellent advisory skills and is able to effectively collaborate with internal customers and external vendors.Key responsibilities include:Category Strategy Development & ExecutionCategory Knowledge Contribution#J-18808-Ljbffr
