Compressor Manufacturing Engineer

It is looking for the following profile:
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Technical, Scientific, Engineering).
- 5-7 years of related experience (Higher level degree can be substituted for years of experience).
- Requires broad knowledge of principles and practices of HVAC engineering industry.
- Ability to develop manufacturing, production and assembly process of centrifugal compressor without the guidance or support.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of turbomachinery, specifically centrifugal compressors, both mechanical and electrical and production.
- Experience in design and manufacturing of high performance centrifugal compressor mechanical and electrical component design.
- Strong team player with focus on team goals, team objectives, and team deadlines.
- Ability to work in team, multiple teams, as well as independently with little support.
- Ability to handle face-paced work environment and handle pressure to deliver results on an aggressive development schedule.
- Flexibility in work hours and ability to work out of normal everyday work hours, occasionally.
- Creation of PFMEA to detect and prevent potential failures caused by manufacturing process.
