The Role
As a Computer Operator you will be on the technical frontline - performing batch operations as per service agreements, analyzing first-level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service to our customers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 1+ Year of work experience.
- Availability to cover 7x24 working 6 rotative days.
- Experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging
- Proficient with Operating Systems (Windows or Mac)
- Bachelor's Degree in technical system or similar.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- English 30 %
- Basic Knowledge in platforms as: Oracle, SQL, Middleware, Wintel, Linux or -Backup's Platforms.
- Basic Knowledge in cloud
- Skill for Self learn
- Knowledge in process as Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management.
