Resort Global Network is looking for a passionate service agent to take care of the entire process before arrival at the vacation destination of a fly & buy. Some of their tasks are to reserve stays, attend to special requests, sell additional services and confirm the terms and conditions of their promotion. In addition, they act as the main filter for the vacation club and guide the guest to have the best experience during the sales presentation.
Our Executive Service Agent personalizes and solves our clients' requests via telephone.

1. Advanced English/Bilingual.
2. Commission-based sales for at least 1 year.
3. Customer Service experience for at least 1 year.
