.As a **Concur Analyst** you will assist to internal contacts for incidents within expense reports credit card management reimbursements and cash advances to ensure that are aligned with PPG policies and oversees the performance of systems involved by validating, testing, and ensuring all system related functionalities are working. You will report to concur team lead**Key Responsibilities**- Daily comprehensive audit of all corporate travel card expenditures and employee reimbursements to ensure accuracy and compliance with PPG procedures.- Perform daily reconciliation of approved Purchase Card and Travel and Expense card charges or items ready to be paid through AP.- You will report and dispute fraudulent card charges and requesting reversals and credits and resolve issues concerning declined card charges by reviewing card transactions and authorization logs.- Manage Travel and Expense transaction data and ensures accountability of expenditures on a month-to-month basis.- You will train and assist employees to ensure that their business travel purchases and expenses follow PPG policies.- Oversee daily operations.- Troubleshoot issues, makes changes in employee profiles and designates approvers.- Submit monthly expense reports.- Assist employees with inquiries related to their corporate cards, including transaction disputes, card limits, and general usage guidelines.- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to reconcile and pay corporate card transactions, resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Business Administration.- +1 year of experience in accounts payable and customer service- Experience working in a shared service- Travel and Expense reservation knowledge.- Experience handling high volumes of transactions- Desirable experience with MS Excel (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets), and ERPs: Oracle, SAP or SAP Concur.- English upper-intermediateBenefits included will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process, like medical benefits, life insurance and more.**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way: We partner with customers to create mutual value.
