Condition Contract Analyst

**Job Title** Analyst Condition Contracts**Reports to** Condition Contract Management Supervisor**Department** S/4 OTC**Job Location **Guadalajara**Summary**This role provides an incredible opportunity to gain a foundational understanding of the transactional framework for how agreements (contracts) with Hershey customers impact the profitability of the sale of our products. As a result, this individual will be well positioned to support the business to make well informed decisions related to the performance of such agreements. This individual will be responsible for partnering with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that condition contracts are set up and maintained in SAP to reflect the agreements (contracts) with customers that impacting the net price on the sales order and invoice. In addition, this role will be tasked with enabling visibility to the business impact of various condition contracts, and the analysis of related settlement activity.**Responsibilities**:- Partnering with the business to understand the details of new and existing customer agreements, as they relate to the impact of pricing on the sales order and invoice- Set up and maintenance of Condition Contract data in SAP- Analysis of Condition Contract performance and settlement activity**Minimum knowledge and skills**- Experience partnering with the business and to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet specific needs of the business- Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and ability to learn new systems- Level of English 80%- Experience working with master data, conditional data, and/or transactional data- Superior data management capabilities- Ability to maintain process and data governance- Incredible attention to detail- Overall business knowledge and superior time and project management skills**Education**Bachelor's Degree Required**Experience**1-3 Years of related work experience, preferably in CPG with experience working in SAP with master data, conditional data, or transactional data
