The Director of Supply Chain will provide strategic direction, outstanding leadership, and daily tactical support to ensure customer service, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations is executed in a manner to support our rapid growth strategy in all sites in charge. This position will be required to travel, evaluate past performance data to forecast business needs, transportation, delivery and warehousing of goods and inventory management, develop budgets, policies, procedures, and functional infrastructure to support the business goals.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Oversees all supply chain management (SCM) practices in accordance with "Best-in-Class", new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.Define and ensure delivery against key performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost, on-time delivery, or quality.Set overall direction for SCM collaboration in the Sales, Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing Planning (S&OP) process and drive KPI to ensure material planning matches demand.Lead reduction of overall supply chain risk through development of supply chain contingencies and proactive resolutions for demand/supply imbalances and disruption.Ability to travel to different states for project assignments.Other activities that process requirements and/or the company can be included.Create functional strategies with specific objectives.Create and administrate the budget for LSC area.Assure training and talent development for direct reports.Education and Experience:10+ years' experience leading Integrated Supply Chain/Manufacturing organizations in a multiple plant environment.Must have experience managing a large retail supply chain.MRP, ERP system experience.Bilingual Spanish/English.Strong interpersonal and team building skills.Possess an innovative mind with the ability to execute ideas with little direction.Work in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
