Responsibilities include installing core products, configuring client specific product options, and at times, training new clients remotely.
The Implementation and Configuration Specialist will at times also assist clients in identifying use cases where the solution creates efficiencies – ultimately driving outcomes and ROI for the client.We are looking for a collaborative, self-directed learner with a penchant for problem-solving and software configuration that shows up to work daily with a positive attitude.

You will work closely with our customers and internal teams to ensure that project timelines are met, SOW deliveries are on point, and for meeting project milestones.This is a hybrid position and will work from our offices in the Reforma neighborhood, Mexico City.What You'll Be Doing:Provide implementation and support services to new, and sometimes existing customers, through configuration of our proprietary software according to TigerConnect SOPs.Responsible for preparing computer applications, systems, and software for use to meet our customer's needs resulting in on-time and on-budget implementations and high customer satisfaction results.Organizing and conducting training remotely with end users (physicians, administrators, and staff) on how to use the software and assisting in developing and maintaining training and implementation materials to ensure client utilization and success.Establish deep subject matter expertise across the TigerConnect product line
