The job

Through its Agility 4.0 program, Sidel is a recognized player in this new revolution.
This program consists of five main pillars (Virtual Factory, Smart Factory and Machines, Connected Factory, Eco-Responsible Factory and Extended Factory) and brings together numerous initiatives in fields as varied as advanced materials and manufacturing techniques, connectivity, data collection, smart machines, robotics and robotics, and also energy management.
In this context, the Sidel connectivity team offers to the customers remote access solutions.
Thanks to this, Sidel proposes advanced support to its customers allowing experts to connect remotely to equipment, quickly diagnosing and repairing problems that may arise.
To strengthen the remote access team, Sidel is looking for a connectivity project manager.
The mission
- To support Sidel people for solution promotion to customers
- To quote remote access solution
- To manage and coordinate remote access activities on projects:
- Define the connectivity solution to be implemented with customers (internet connection, network, firewall, etc.).
- Implementation of the solution defined
- Support internal users and customers
- Respect and manage project planning
- Manage and follow up project budget
- Support technically Sidel employees and customers
- Participate in the development and deployment of tools using new technologies
**Your Profile**:
Profil REQUIRED
Languages:
- English: B2 Level minimum
- Italian is a plus
Professional skills and experience:
- Project management
- Minimum 2 years professional experience
- Network knowledge (IP, VPN, firewall, routing ).
- Skills to convince and negotiate
- Skills to meet deadlines and commitments
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Rigor, integrity, autonomy and organized
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
