**Construction Accountant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall accounting of the company and ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
- Oversee cost control and budgeting of work in progress.
- Manage project accounting, including invoicing and bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with auditors and participate in the preparation of financial reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related career.
- ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PREVIOUS ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED.
- Knowledge of applicable tax and accounting regulations.
- Advanced level of English.
- Skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- **Computer can be provided as work equipment.**
- **Monday to Friday, 8 hours of work and 2 hours of rest in between.**
