We are currently seeking a Construction Estimator/Cost Analyst/Sales Rep to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving our continued success.**Position**:Construction Estimator/Analyst/Sales Rep**Location**:Remote, Work from Home, Virtual**Job Type**:Full-time**Responsibilities**:- Analyze project blueprints and specifications to accurately estimate construction costs.- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and constraints.- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.- Solicit and review subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing to ensure competitive rates.- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable pricing and terms.- Utilize construction estimating software and tools to streamline the estimation process.- Present cost estimates to management and clients and address any questions or concerns.- Monitor project budgets and provide ongoing support to project teams as needed.- Read plans and blueprints- Create plans and blueprints**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of experience) in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.- Proven experience as a construction estimator, preferably in the paving industry.- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as PlanSwift or Bluebeam.- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.- 100% Fluent in English (Tests will be conducted)**Compensation**:- Competitive salary based on experience.
