Provide supervision, planning, coordination, and overseeing construction, civil work project and infrastructure maintenance to the plant building.
This includes managing budgets, timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all involved parties.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS: - Plans construction and building infrastructure maintenance programs with the projected budget given.
- Creates benchmarks to evaluate the project's updates and progress.
- Sets proper time management to prevent any delays and errors in the construction progress.
- Performs risk management to identify and respond to any potential issues surrounding the project to lessen any potential negativity and to ensure the safety of the workers.
- Distributes resources properly to prevent any shortages and circumstances surrounding the project.
- Manages the budget and financial plans to keep track of the expenses for the construction project.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: - Planning and overseeing construction and renovation projects: This involves creating project plans, timelines, and budgets, selecting contractors and vendors, and overseeing construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinating facility maintenance activities: This includes managing preventive maintenance programs, scheduling repairs and upgrades, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
- Managing resources: This involves managing personnel, equipment, and other resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Managing stakeholders: This includes communicating with all involved parties, including company management, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about project progress and any issues that arise.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations: This involves ensuring that all construction and maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Experiência y requisitos
- Civil Engineering BS degree - Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in Project Management - Strong project management skills - Experience in construction and maintenance project management - Knowledge of building codes and regulations - Experience in managing budgets and resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team leadership, facilitation, collaboration, and persuasive skills required.
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish / English)
