- Review of FAR's (Field Action Request) and launch the RQ's to approval chain derived from them
- Coordination between prime contractors and subcontractors with Ford
- Project timing supervision and follow up
- Control and supervision of the project budget
- Search and validate value engineering
- University career with a specialty in civil engineering, electrical, mechanical, industrial, environmental, architecture or any related to construction project management with at least 5 years of experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Negotiation skills with suppliers
- Good financial and strategic planning skills
- Highly desirable to have experience in Project Management
- Position 100% workplace dependent
- Experience with internal personnel and supplier management
- Knowledge of construction technique standards
- Knowledge of safety standards in construction
- Availability of schedules for job supervision
- Availability for foreign jobs in Hermosillo, Chihuahua and Irapuato

- Review construction Drawings, ensuring that they are within the company's standards, within the requirements specified in the previously approved SoW, that there are no deviations that do not comply with the quality and technical parameters and that they are within the budget
- Coordinate the A&E suppliers
- Requisitioner Role - Follow the approval process until the placement of the PO
- Minor construction
- Carrying out SoW's according to the needs of the user.
- Support and following to the Commercial process for the selection of suppliers
