Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.1. Performs various routine construction management assignments under the direction of Site Manager or Construction Manager2. Reviews of construction documents submitted by contractors, ensuring all documents related are well maintained and dealt with.3. Inspects project concealed or key works to validate their quality requiring rectification and improvement.4. Inspects all the material and equipment delivered to site on time.5. Oversees plant visit for inspection of manufacturing quality and progress of products or equipment.6. Coordinates routine site patrol and site daily records for specific discipline, keeping the Site Manager or the Construction Manager informed daily of progress and problems.8. Attends main site acceptance related to discipline such as sub-item construction works.9. Reviews construction drawings for constructability coordinating with design manager to take effective and early measures to lower the influence of change on site construction and project cost.10. Responsible for site changes and preparation of 'as-built' mark-ups.11. Assists Project Manager to check and audit the completed work quantities of contractors regarding his discipline for project payment.12. Contributes to daily/weekly/monthly report for particular section of work by a draft statement.13. Assists the Construction Manager with Operational & Maintenance training and of a specific discipline, taking the lead for the commissioning works of the discipline.14. Assists the Project Manager with the punch list development of a specific disciplin15. Responsible for ensuring all 3rd party Mechanical tests are completed per specifications,16. Responsible for reviewing and confirming all test results, commissioning, and validation activities17. Assist in review of contractor pricing for mechanical change orders18. Occasional travel may be required.19. Valid driver's license required.Qualifications:- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
