Coordinates single or multi discipline projects of small to medium size.2. Responsible for supervising construction activities to achieve project objectives.3. Assists Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager to prepare the site safety program.4. Assists project Permitting Engineer for construction permits.5. Implements safety program to ensure a safe working condition and a clean work site.6. Ensures that work processes are in accordance with the Quality Assurance plan.7. Supervises contractors' preparation, maintenance and change in construction schedules, method, manning charts, and construction equipment requirements. Advises contractors to improve unfavorable trends in progress or to develop new construction methods to overcome unusual circumstances.8. Supervises field construction activities through the Site Manager or Construction Coordinator coordinating their activities to ensure project targets adherence.9. Works with site engineer to review construction schedules, construction statement, and other documents submitted by the contractors.10. Presides over all site daily / weekly meetings.11. Coordinates with the client counterpart, keeping the Project Manager informed daily of progress and problems.12. Coordinates with Project Control Engineer (scheduler, estimator) at home office to obtain the status of costs and schedule and coordinates with the buyer to obtain the status of long lead items or other materials and equipments needed to be purchased.13. Supports the Project Control Group as necessary for progress calculation, adjustment based on all kinds of dynamic status.14. Prepares detailed construction completion plan. Requests contractors to submit list of remaining work and ensure completeness. Assists Project Manager with preparation of required documents for construction completion.15. Maintains organization of Operational & Maintenance training and commissioning works.16. Ensures construction documentation and certification is in place for handing over in a timely manner.17. Validates job completion of contractors (certificates of acceptances) and assists project handover.18
