Construction Estimator

**Minimum of 5 years estimating experience**: Proven track record in estimating both residential & commercial construction projectsThe key responsibilities of the position includes the following- Extensive experience with estimating/bidding/material take-offs- Keep cost book organized and updated with current pricing.- Effective communication via Google Chats and attention to detail- Is highly proficient in Google Works- Experience with Estimating software such as Xactimate or AutoCAD- Identify labor, material and time requirements- Manage bid pricing from all vendors- Able to read architectural plans- Able to multitask and meet deadlines**Experience**:- Construction estimating: 5 years (preferred)Work Location: Remote
