We go from design to construction, ensuring each home meets the highest quality , We are looking for a skilled and experienced Construction General Manager to oversee the daily operations , with Prefabricated Construction experience to join our growing team!

Responsible:
Managing all aspects of home production
Planning to scheduling
Manufacturing Building
Quality Control
Health and Safety
Cost Management
Team leadership and development
Inventory Levels of materials
Equipment Maintenance
Continuous improvement: improve production processes, waste, efficiency.
Reporting and Documentation;

Experiencia y requisitos
Bachelor Degree inConstruction, Engineering, Architect, or related
Significant experience in construction or manufacturing is considered in lieu of degree.
VISA
ENGLISH FLUID
5 to years experience in manufacturing with at least 3 years in management withinprefabricated construction building or a related field.
Residential Construction
Strong knowledge inprefabricated construccion processes , building codes and quality standards
Solid understanding ofmanagement software inventory control systems and ERP system( Netsuite, SAP etc.)
Certifications:Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
Project management Professional ( PMP or Similar )
Strong background in lean manufacturing , process development.
