That means delivering better outcomes for our clients, helping our people to realize their potential, and doing our part to create a prosperous society.Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects, in over 110 offices worldwide.Job DescriptionThe Construction Land Development Manager supports the development and delivery of the construction of the projects from site selection through design, permitting, construction and operation.The Construction Land Development Manager will be a key contributor in the execution of comprehensive permitting programs and to the pre-construction program. This role will require regular engagement with key stakeholders from Mexico and LATAM.Specific Job Task – Site due diligence management; permit application reviews; permit approval delivery; site acquisition, design and entitlements.QualificationsManage the permitting and approvals process for a portfolio of projects to enable new data center development and construction throughout the LATAM region.Conduct comprehensive assessments during due diligence and throughout design and construction to identify permit requirements and associated risks.Coordinate with key internal counterparts including land development, design, construction, operations and environmental team leaders to develop comprehensive and integrated permitting and project delivery strategies.Communicate key risks, mitigations, and policies to internal stakeholders.Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify innovative solutions to resolve delays to construction or other activities due to permitting delays.Own key strategic relationships with regulatory agencies, government officials and other key external stakeholders and act as a single point of contact for all discussions around permitting, planning approvals, and pre-construction delivery.Support the development of program tools and processes to continuously improve the delivery of permits, approvals and entitlements for data center development.Educate the project team on permitting requirements to ensure timely approvals and compliance.Manage permit approval conditions to ensure compliance.Key Metrics will include permitting and delivery timeline predictability.Have a strong background in project management and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.Understand the development process, foresee future challenges, and mitigate challenges.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, or equivalent area.7+ years of experience delivering large scale and/or complex planning and construction projects
