Our employees play a key role and can contribute to more sustainable fashion, today and in the future.Descripción del empleoWould you like to take part of the exiting market growth within the Expansion Department in Mexico?We are looking for a Construction Project Managers within the Expansion department in Mexico.**What you will do**:- Successfully complete projects in line with set KPI's (time, cost & quality).- Lead, manage and organize construction projects with a high level of professionalism and according to company policies, standards and local legislation.- Coordinate construction projects from start to finish (design intent, site survey, value engineering, risk assessment, budget setting, time planning, permits, ordering of M&E, design, tendering, construction follow up, hand over to facility & final invoicing) for H&M & other brands of the Group.Requisitos**We are looking for someone with**:- Secure that routines, policies, guidelines and legal requirements in the country are followed at all times.- Secure that all the required permits are in place and in the right time- Focus on customer value and take responsible & cost-conscious decisions- Manage internal database and project handling tools- Partner with construction manager and construction controller in order to determine budgets, conduct tenders, evaluate bids and select contractors- Follow up on the construction process and secures deadlines, quality standards and costs- Close the loop with manage final documentation and handover to area facility- Show strong initiative, drive towards goals, try new things and improve efficiency- Identify new areas for learning- Maintaining a good balance between long and short-term goals- Act as a role model and inspire others to achieve goals- Work closely with team members and with other departments in order to secure alignment of goals and priorities**We believe you have**:- Strong planning, organizing and prioritize skills- Strong analytical skills- Architect or Engineering degree is a must- 2 years of experience within construction required
