Space assignation to each contractor- Definition of temporary supplies/provisions for the site such as electricity, sewage, water.- Definition and supervision of base camp, logistics, storage warehouse, and traffic- Site security and access control to works area during the workday. GIVAUDAN will determine if it will be needed to hire a local company to carry out these 24 hours services on site. In that case, CM Team will define the technical requirements for contracting the company of security- Supervision of the reception of equipment, materials and samples at site- Supervision of works related to affected services and interferences, and proposal of alternative solutions when necessary- Supervision, as the GIVAUDAN's representative, for construction and checking of correct Project execution- Analysis of the problems arising during construction and technical assistance to remedy them- Coordination and supervision of the works carried out by construction companies, suppliers and utility companies- Revision of construction drawings, as provided by the Design team- Arrange and chair site progress meetings. Prepare and distribute minutes of such meetings- Continuous monitoring of the site- Prepare short period programs of activities to enable coordination on site- Advise GIVAUDAN of any action that may be necessary for GIVAUDAN to take in connection with any of the Contractors. Report to GIVAUDAN on all matters related to the progress and quality of the Project- Supervision of quality assurance on the basis of the quality control plan drafted by the Contractors, based on the project requirements.- Review of the results from the quality control tests managed by the Contractors and conducted by independent certified laboratories- Revision of test procedures, assistance to site acceptance tests, collection of control and test documentation**Key Competencies**:- Ability to lead teams, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment with a positive attitude.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple departments and hierarchical levels.- Results oriented, with problem solving and decision making skills.- Safety oriented for people and facilities.**Requirements**:- University degree in Mechanical, Civil or Chemical Engineering.- Proven experience in supervision of construction and metal-mechanical works in industrial plants, preferably in the chemical, petrochemical or pharmaceutical sector (+ 3 years).- Solid knowledge of safety rules and regulations applicable to the chemical industry. DC-3 or 5 certifications are desirable.- Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.- Proficient in MS Office package (including MS Project preferred).- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to possible emergency situations (expected working hours are Thursday to Monday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
