As a result, our people get to work on some of the most exciting projects in the world._**Job Description**:The Construction Project Manager will be directly responsible for monitoring and refining the long-range and short-term plans to ensure success on the construction project.This person will be the Leader for all the phases and areas of the project, acting as the main contact for all the stakeholders and team members on the project.As Lead PM you will have responsibility, amongst others, for the service stream in terms of Project Resourcing, Best Practice and Knowledge Management, Tool & Systems, Key Account Management, Service Opportunity identification and Service Development. You will continue to promote the interests of Turner & Townsend giving the full benefit of your knowledge, expertise and skills to all your business undertakings.Construction Project Manager acts as assistant to the employer's representative. Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of the project and will be supported by a site-based team during the construction, fit-out and commissioning and handover phases of the project.**Qualifications**:**Education/Experience**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural or related- Minimum of 15 years professional experience- High degree of accuracy and local market cost knowledge- Fluent English & Spanish- Member of a professional institute preferred eg. PMI- Knowledge of the development of high and medium tension substations, as per regulatory entity (CFE), and knowledge of data Centres main elements, as Chillers and Long Lead items- Experience in managing data centre infrastructure deployments.- Data Centre Certification process knowledge preferable.- Experience with regional construction markets, culture and practices.- Experience with various project management tools and practices in Mexico.- Experience managing vendor relationships and understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry, including knowledge of fast-track design & build processes and associated documents and contracts.- Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization and scheduling
