At our core is a passion to serve our customers with products and services that create connections, improve lives, and allow millions to share the stories and experiences that matter.As a Construction Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for:Reviewing third-party damage claims to determine viability and liability.Escalating investigation information used to determine liability.Reviewing claim cost elements such as time, material, and contractor (TMC) information identifying any gaps or missing information.Approving claim demands when within SOA.Requirements for this opportunity:Education: Typically, high school diploma or GED preferred; specialized skill training or certification may be required.Experience: Typically requires 2-3 years of experience.Must be bilingual; fluent in English comprehension, speaking, and writing.Demonstrates good judgment in problem-solving methods and techniques for obtaining solutions; must be resourceful.Strong computer, typing, and writing skills preferred.Strong communication skills with utility/construction maintenance or design experience preferred.Insurance plan administration experience desired but not required.Knowledgeable with excavating in dirt with backhoes and bore rigs is preferred.Your future is calling.
