5+ years experience with Mexico, LATAM, Brazil, Canadian, International and US health and safety regulations/standards (HSE, OSHA, ANSI, MSHA, USACE EM 385-1-1, NFPA, etc.).5+ years experience working in international project locations, including United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, South America, Australia, Singapore and/or Africa.Job summaryKey job responsibilitiesSupport the Construction Safety Program Lead to scale safety program initiatives across ECCF countries.Be accountable for consistent and accurate data collection required to support key initiatives.Lead the development and communication of clear contractor safety roles and responsibilities to support the construction sites for Project Managers, WHS Managers, Ops Engineering, Start-up and other stakeholders.Support the Real-estate, legal teams, and Category Procurement teams in maintaining current safety program data and metrics.Manage daily execution of safety audit program and engage 3rd-party partners to complete construction safety audits and to meet safety documentation requirements.Develop and distribute WHS audit scorecards.Support construction project managers in follow-up of serious incidents and near misses.Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly WHS performance reports and records.Develop and support execution of role-based training and processes related to contract oversight from a safety perspective.Engage with WHS construction and launch managers to provide data support for key programs.Contribute and present accurate data to weekly, monthly, and quarterly business updates for WHS Contracts Program Manager and D&C leadership.Support construction project managers to establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with developers, general contractors and subcontractors.Master's degreeHave or working towards a CRSP, ASP, CSP, ROH, CIH, or other recognized professional health and safety certificationSix Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certifiedStrong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability.Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategyFluency in French, Spanish, and/or PortugueseExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to influence and partner with all levels of the organization and outside contactsExcellent technical and procedure writing skills
