Bedrock-Service offers project delivery services in a variety of markets including transportation, water/wastewater, power, oil, building and mining.**Location**:We work on projects all around the world, in large cities and small towns, so our people must be willing to go where the work is. Work assignment locations will be determined closer to your start date. Must be able to travel and potentially relocate anywhere in the country, as frequently as business needs require.**Position Overview**:Construction Scheduler based on site, responsible for monitoring and maintaining the project schedule, which will manage time and resources to ensure the project is completed on time.**Primary Responsibilities**:- Review and maintain a high-level master schedule that incorporates the contractors schedule.- Support the project management staff in the planning of the project scope- Help defining the project controls approach and offer suggestions concerning the project control systems, tools, procedures and reports.- Provide support in the definition of the WBS of a project as the basis of the project control system.- Monitor project key performance metrics, analyze and report on them.- Provide expertise in the area of project controls, scheduling, and schedule analysis; earned value managementand construction activities in support of the Construction Program.- Track critical activities and changes to the critical path impacting the project, as well as program milestones and interdependencies.- Anticipate risks to the schedule, analyze delays, provide information on items impacting the project schedule and offer alternatives to regain slippage to the schedule.- Provide reports on project progress and establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards to guarantee consistent reporting of accurate information.- Provide technical support in claims preparation, negotiation and litigation.- Document changes integrated into the project schedule.**Requirements**:- Bachelor s degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture, or in a related technical field.- Minimum 10 years project experience with construction scheduling on mayor projects.- Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing. Able to report in both languages.- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Teams for online communications.- Proficiency with Oracle Primavera.- Well-organized and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, as well as to coordinate with several departments to accomplish the objectives of the project.- Up-to-date work permit for Mexico.- Ability to travel using COVID 19 safety protocols.
