AECOM busca un Construction Superintendent.
Funciones
Proporcionar gestión administrativa y técnica general in situ para una amplia gama de proyectos de construcción. Responsable de la organización y dirección de la construcción y actividades relacionadas dentro del área de responsabilidad asignada, que puede ser un proyecto de construcción de área única, multitarea o multidisciplinar. Puede ser el contacto principal del cliente para todas las actividades diarias del lugar de trabajo, o puede coordinar con los representantes residentes del cliente en las actividades del lugar de trabajo dentro del área de operaciones asignada. Las responsabilidades son garantizar que las operaciones asignadas en el lugar de trabajo cumplan con el diseño/especificaciones, se completen a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con los estándares de calidad. Interactúa con todo el resto del personal administrativo de campo, el personal de gestión de campo y, en particular, el Gerente de Proyecto en un esfuerzo coordinado.
Qualifications
Requisitos mínimos:
Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil, Gestión de la Construcción o campos relacionados + 6 AÑOS o equivalencia demostrada de experiencia y/o educaciónExperiencia:
Experiencia como superintendente de proyectos de Data Center o Industriales
Preferencias:
6 años de experiencia en supervisión de proyectos de construcción civil.
