Requisition ID: 36898- Job Location(s): Queretaro, MX Oragadam, IN Mexico City, MX Monterrey, MX Pune, INDanfoss is looking for an experienced IT Consultant, ALM/SDLC for PLM Services of Danfoss Group IT (DGIT). The team is responsible for supporting and enhancing our existing Polarion systems.
As our new colleague, you will be part of a well-functioning global team of committed and skilled IT consultants, who are front runners within ALM/SDLC and help Danfoss with Polarion transformation.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
1. Perform customizations of the Polarion ALM tool
2. Manage and perform development and design tasks with emphasis on programming, customizing, testing and maintenance of Polarion
3. Development activity with Polarion ALM SOAP API Web-Services and Polartion SDK API
4. Development / support to interface with other Enterprise Applications like Azure DevOps, Teamcenter, etc.
5. Work closely with end users, business segments and vendors
7. Incident management, root cause analysis, end user support and no-repeat plan for production and non-production Polarion incidents
8. Driving technical issues to resolution: from qualifying the issue, to reproducing it and conducting an in-depth technical investigation along with vendor for Level 3 support, as applicable
9. Updating template/project configurations, workflows, and work item meta data.
10. Ensures compliance to Quality, Information Security and Data Privacy regulations
11. Assure data integrity and troubleshoot when inconsistencies are identified
**Background & Skills**:
1. Bachelors / Masters engineering or equivalent degree in Computer/IT, Electronics, Mechanical
2. 5+ years of experience in ALM development.
3. 3+ years of experience in administering, developing and deploying Polarion Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Software
4. Experience in migration from other tools to Polarion is a strong plus
5. Experience in Polarion infrastructure activities preferred
6. 2+ experience with full stack software development
7. Experience in source control tools and workitems tracking to support configuration management in an Agile environment
8. Experience in ALM domain including tools like Azure Devops, JFrog, Docker preferred
9. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
