).Maintaining project documentation.Supporting all project engagement and outreach activities.Maintaining project knowledge products and databases ensuring the data is accurate, updated, and easily accessible.This position will be based in Jakarta with an office-flex working arrangement and travel requirements as assigned.
Reporting directly to the NPAP Community and Project Coordinator, this position needs to work closely and collaboratively with the Plastic Waste and Ocean Manager and the rest of the project team.
In support of WRI's DEI commitment, you are responsible for actively participating in these collaborative efforts by integrating equity into your work, our workplace, and the organizational culture.What You Will DoProject Implementation (50%)Organize events, workshops, and meetings, including venue arrangements, invitation dissemination, participant follow-ups, and event reports of WRI Indonesia Ocean and Plastic Waste Programs in collaboration with relevant project and operations personnel.Support the development of Terms of Reference (ToR) for project activities.Develop Minutes of Meetings and event/meeting documentation.Assist the Plastic Waste and Ocean Manager in monitoring and maintaining the DIP (Detailed Implementation Plan) and MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) framework of Ocean and Plastic Waste Programs.Collaborate closely with the WRI Indonesia operations team to ensure compliance with procedures.Data Management (20%)Maintain project documents and database to support strategic decision-making for Ocean and Plastic Waste Programs.Collect data and information from government documents, international organization reports, FGDs, surveys, and interviews with relevant respondents on topics relevant to Ocean and Plastic Waste in Indonesia.Collaborate with team members to capture new data and information that can be stored in the knowledge base.Stakeholder Engagement and Outreach (30%)Collaborate with the Communications team to develop communication materials for events and workshops, such as posters, bumpers, and flyers.Synthesize information and publications, e.G., articles, reports, guidelines, regulations, etc., on ocean (e.G., blue carbon, HLP, climate-smart aquaculture) and develop them into well-written documents (e.G., communications product and knowledge product).Coordinate outreach activities, track stakeholders' involvement, and assist in maintaining strong collaboration with stakeholders.Contribute to the donor report of the High-Level Panel of Sustainable Ocean Economy
