.Consultant Change ManagementA day in the life of...Contribution to IS/IT Strategy - under the supervision and guidance of Office of CIO and Workforce Planning, Management and Transformation? Employs a structured change management methodology to create conditions for a smooth transition to change and promote the maximum enthusiasm to adapt to the change? Oversees the change by assessing the magnitude of change and the organization's change readiness.? Promotes the vision with a benefit framework that links adoption to change to successful value delivery and business outcome? Creates tailored change management plans with respect to training and orientation to accommodate the needs of different stakeholder groups impacted by the change? Leads (where one is agreed on and needed) the establishment of a community of change agents and/or evangelists to put a face on change, and leverages trusted informal leaders to create understanding among employeesApplies communication management best practice to define communication intent and objectives per target audience.Operational effectiveness and efficiency? Ensures communication, training and coaching throughout the organizational tranformation & adjusting to ongoing situation.? Conducts thorough methodological investigations to identify key stakeholders impacted by the change and when the timing of that change will be.? Oversees all events that impact employees, and regularly review ongoing changes to create a heat map to identify too much change and potential change fatigue.? Solicit feedback to assess the success of thechange management activities and behavior changes so that they align with strategic objectives? Leads the development and maintenance of stakeholder communication mapping and segmentation for tranformational initiatives? Executes the communication modalities (official sales material on the intranet, advertising videos on screens in lobbies, social media Q&A, etc.), including creation / design, validation and logistics of the messages and modalities or secure the proper execution by external partners:- Develops clear and compelling ideas or positions in a persuasive, visual and sharp manner that builds support, interest, awareness or commitment for the organization- Manages communication frequencies and campaigns.Stakeholder engagement? Creates a communication plan or roadmap to ensure all employees are fully aware of the impending changes.? Ensures ongoing coaching and mentoring around good change management practices to all levels of leadership to increase their effectiveness in driving sustainable change.? Facilitates the HRs/workforce to create mechanisms to demotivate old behaviors and incentivize the desired ones. This may involve redesigning jobs and defining behavioral competencies and performance metrics.? Defines the principles which will guide communication and the priorities.? Defines the key communication channels
