This includes day-to-day operations and product support, back office support and customer performance reporting.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.**Qualifications**Basic Qualifications- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.G. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.G. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD- Must be a self-starter with proven abilities in organizational, conceptual, and logical problem solving- Customer focus with proven ability to establish productive working relationships with staff and management at all levels- Ability to set priorities and manage customer expectations, and work both as part of a team and independently- Proficiency providing technical and consultative support to external customers and identify business needs- Strong knowledge about domestic and international transactions and disputes ecosystem- Demonstrate ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs, providing the best solution to meet those needs- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required- English proficiency is mandatory**Additional Information**Visa is an EEO Employer.
