Accelalpha is looking for a Client Training Specialist to join our Association for Talent Development (ATD) Best Award-winning Learning & Development team. This role will be pivotal as we grow our client training program.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Create training content for Accelalpha clients.
- Partner with Oracle technical/functional SMEs and external stakeholders for creation of training (bootcamp style live sessions, eLearning courses, user guides, job aids, etc.)
- Interface with clients for training needs analysis, learning path creation, and job/role mapping.
- Project manage the lifecycle of multiple training projects.
- Administer LMS - learning path, course, and reporting management.
- Develop learning materials for eLearning, asynchronous, user guides, job aids, etc.
- Evaluate impact of training programs and initiatives
- Ability to flex and work on internal Accelalpha Learning & Development
**About You**:
- 3+ years of experience creating technical client facing training, instructional design, or client facing training experience.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in adult learning theory, needs analysis, and learning evaluation.
- Experience with LMS systems.
- Experience in creation and delivery of digital learning content.
- Collaborative, agile, and efficient project management skills
- A student of the latest and greatest of L&D technologies
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bi-lingual English & Spanish
- IT/Technical training development
- Expertise in authoring tools - Articulate Rise, Storyline, etc.
- Video editing and development tools such as Camtasia or Premiere Pro
**US Base Pay Disclosure**
In addition to the base salary, this position includes an annual performance bonus, and other benefits such as 401(k), healthcare benefits, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, paid vacation leave, paid sick leave, and paid holidays. Please consider that some benefits are voluntary and may require economic participation both from the company and the employee.
Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
