As a Consultant Performance Analyst at Enroute, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing the performance of our consultants across various projects. Your primary responsibility is to provide crucial insights and reports to internal account managers, enabling them to make informed decisions and enhance overall productivity.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in performance analysis or a similar analytical role.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills for conveying complex data and insights.
Project management abilities with a focus on multitasking and prioritization.
Familiarity with IT consulting or technology-related projects is advantageous.
Proficient in using data analysis tools and reporting software.
**Responsibilities**
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
Regularly assess and monitor the performance of consultants engaged in diverse projects.
Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to conduct detailed analysis and provide actionable insights.
Reporting for Internal Management:
Generate comprehensive reports for internal account managers, highlighting consultant performance metrics and project-specific insights.
Present findings in a clear and concise manner to aid decision-making processes.
Risk Identification and Recommendations:
Proactively identify potential risks and challenges related to consultant performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to recommend and implement action plans for risk mitigation.
Consultant Productivity Enhancement:
Work closely with consultants to understand challenges and gather insights for improvement.
