We seek a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and business-minded professional with creativity, initiative, teamwork, and project management skills to help drive our crisis and resilience consulting practice inclusive of crisis management, business continuity, enterprise risk management, supply chain risk management, emergency response, and a range of various impact-reduction consultancy engagements.
The role of Consultant within the security and risk consultancy practice is that of a fee-earning consultant who will be expected to market, sell, and deliver end-to-end security risk management and related strategic security consulting to our Clients.
Responsibilities: Assess, design, implement, and provide security consultancy solutions for Clients in the region.Develop, design, and deliver scenario-based exercises for client training and testing.Identify prospects for future business, including conducting client meetings, scoping, and writing proposals.End-to-end project management of client engagements, including being the primary contact for the client.Participate in thought leadership/white papers on topics relevant to our clients' operating environments and risk profiles.Collaborate across Control Risks to help us better solve complicated client problems.Essential Qualifications: 5 to 7 years of work experience.Excellent client relationship skills with a track record of delivering success in a high-performing management consulting environment.Significant experience in security risk consultancy or similar fields.Experience in client presentations and training delivery solutions.Significant experience in the Mexico security market.Control Risks supports hybrid working arrangements, wherever possible, that emphasize the value of in-person time together - in the office and with our clients - while continuing to support flexible and remote working.
