HYBRID ROLESummary:SAP is looking for an analytical, solution-oriented Consultant experienced in service coordination and project management. You will collaborate with other ECS internal stakeholders and units such as Technical Areas, Cross-Delivery, Managed Service Providers, and sometimes guide other roles on our portfolio, processes, and technical details for troubleshooting, action planning, and resolution of related topics.The Role:Service Coordination:Coordinate technical service delivery & experts from Technology Services team and attached supplier network and drive those topics to resolution to the satisfaction of the customer.Drive service-related discussions with the customer and internal stakeholders and act as the orchestrator of experts.Provide training and guidance to ECS internal stakeholders on technical CAS portfolio items.Perform RAG meetings with our suppliers.Improvements & Project Management:Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in existing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and/or tool improvements.Define process & service objectives, performance metrics, and improvement targets and monitor and analyze relevant KPIs using data-driven approaches.Model the process and develop Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Knowledge Base Articles, Wiki pages, and BLOG entries.Align with various tool system/application owners to represent Technology Service team delivery requirements.What you bring:Very good analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as presentation and networking skills.Ability to build, grow and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Knowledge in ITIL and Project Management methodology.Knowledge of SAP basis technologies is a plus.Experience working effectively in international and virtual teams.Bring out your bestSAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively
