You will apply your technical skills to find the balance between enabling and securing the client's organization with the cognitive solutions that are making IBM the fastest growing enterprise security business in the world.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:Security Business Integration.Security Corporate Compliance Enforcement.Security Regulatory Compliance Enforcement.Audit Support (Coordination, evidence collection, response to audit requirements, finding reviews, remediation planning, remediation tracking, monthly reporting).Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Security Business Integration.Security Culture & Awareness.Communications & Training.Security Compliance Enforcement.Security Policy Management.Additional Responsibilities:Experience managing OT IDS solutions like Claroty, Nozomi, etc.Maintain and tune OT IDS rules, asset inventory, etc.Support SOC operations with alert/incident investigations.Handle and resolve client's requirements and requests.Deploy OT IDS sensors.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseOperational Technology (OT) Knowledge: deep understanding of OT environments, including SCADA systems, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technologies like Claroty, Nozomi, etc.Familiarity with OT network architectures and protocols (e.G., Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Ethernet/IP). Configuring, maintaining, and monitoring OT networks and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.Strong experience with advanced threat detection and analysis tools, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence platforms.Proficiency in industry standards and frameworks related to OT security, such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and NERC CIP.Commitment to staying current with the latest developments in cybersecurity, OT security, and emerging threats.Ability to understand and address the security needs of various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.Focus on delivering high-quality solutions and services that meet organizational and industry standards.Experienced with Claroty.A minimum of 2 years of work experience, background working in specific industries such as energy, manufacturing, utilities, or transportation, where OT systems are critical to operations.Organizational, multitasking, and decision-making skills are essential.Able to motivate and coach new and current employees.Detail Oriented.Excellent Customer Service Skills.Ability to communicate effectively.English working proficiency
