Descripción de la publicación:This position provides service specifically for: 6 accounts, responsible for:- Advice on general policy conditions and processes for: Major Medical, Life, Excess, Funeral Expenses, Dental and Minors- Headcount monthly conciliation: a) Weekly movements report; b)Headcount conciliation; c)Recognition of Seniority; d) Re processing- Payment administration process: a) Insurance Application, b) Payment report, c) Follow Up on the pending invoices, d) Onboarding Communication session (1 per month)- Benefit Communication sessions for employees (at least 2 per client) and visit meetings- Advice for requesting reimbursements and direct payments: a)Clarifications in proceedings rejected ; b) Processing of inclusions (support in completing forms, processing with the client and insurer)- Claim report "Bitacora" (number of claims process during the month) at least 90% on time and d) Medical advisor for controversial claims**How we support our colleagues?**:In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
