Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa's network clients, including financial institutions, merchants and other players. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
**Qualifications**
Basic Qualifications
- 3-7 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree (Masters degree is not necessary but is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting or strategic planning and related areas
- Knowledge of financial services and the payments ecosystem is preferred but not necessary
- Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance. Significant focus on impacting ROI
- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Capacity to structure complex problems, understanding the different alternatives for their solution and provide objective and actionable recommendations
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a strong attention to detail that leverages multiple sources of information
- Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
- Strong leadership skills to develop and guide conversations with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication, story-telling and presentation skills
