What are the position's challenges? Conducting consulting projects: leading the team, planning and managing different work stages, ensuring goal compliance and profitability Leading the commercial development process for your client portfolio, from initial approach planning, finding business opportunities, and developing commercial proposals Generating new practices for the company and developing client portfolios and services for specific industries Actively participating in the development of the consulting team Who are we looking for? Professionals with: At least 8 years of work experience in similar positions (Mandatory). Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Economic Sciences, or related fields (Mandatory). Advanced English proficiency (Mandatory). Proficiency in Office Package: Excel and PowerPoint - Advanced (Mandatory). Knowledge of analysis tools: Power BI or Tableau (Desirable).
