The consultant is the project co-pilot, as they provide all the necessary information in real time for the Project Manager so he/she can make the best decisions and execute the project successfully in terms of time, quality, and cost.Academic background:- Bachelor's degree in- Industrial Engineering- Mechatronics Engineering- Aeronautical Engineering- Or any type of engineeringSoftware used:- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)- PowerBi, Google Sheets, Mini Tab, Microsoft project (If possible)Languages:- Advanced English levelTasks and responsibilities:- Project planning- Tracking activities- Dashboard creation in: PowerBi, MiniTab, etc.- Risk and cost analysis- KPI analysis- Action Plans and Follow-up- Coordination of different departments and suppliersHard skills:- PM and PMO knowledge- Knowledge of tools such as: Excel, PowerBi, Microsoft Project, etc.- Data AnalysisSoft skills:- Good communication skills (concise and clear)- Proactivity- Problem-solving- Leadership- Team player- Attention to details- Commitment- Desire to achieve excellence- Good cultural fit with the members of the Mexico BU**Salary**: From $20,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 76146, Querétaro, Qro.
