Working hours:

- Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m/ 7:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m. Could change depending on the client
- 1 hour for lunch

- Hybrid mode: Monday to Thursday on-site work and Friday home office

General information:
The PMO consultant has the main role of providing support and expertise to the Project Manager of our client. The consultant is the project co-pilot, as they provide all the necessary information in real time for the Project Manager so he/she can make the best decisions and execute the project successfully in terms of time, quality, and cost.

Academic background:

- Bachelor's degree in
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Aeronautical Engineering
- Or any type of engineering

Software used:

- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- PowerBi, Google Sheets, Mini Tab, Microsoft project (If possible)

Languages:

- Advanced English level

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Project planning
- Tracking activities
- Dashboard creation in: PowerBi, MiniTab, etc.
- Risk and cost analysis
- KPI analysis
- Action Plans and Follow-up
- Coordination of different departments and suppliers

Hard skills:

- PM and PMO knowledge
- Knowledge of tools such as: Excel, PowerBi, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Data Analysis
