.**Experiência Laboral**:**Job Description: Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) - Senior Consultant****Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end transport solutions to our clients. Your expertise will encompass various facets of OTM functionality, including Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility and Event Management, Inventory Visibility, and Freight Bill Audit & Payments. Your responsibilities will span from requirement gathering and solution design to project implementation, support, and fostering strong relationships with both business and IT stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of transportation customer requirements, technical capabilities of OTM, and familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.****Key Responsibilities**:- **Collaborate with business project teams to discern IT solution requirements, conduct CRP demonstrations, engage in customer meetings, and contribute to solution design.**:- **Lead the implementation of IT project work packages, adhering to DHL's DevOps methodology and best practices.**:- **Manage IT development activities in alignment with customer specifications and supplier governance policies.**:- **Provide ongoing IT support for live customers, including addressing change requests and new releases.**:- **Drive projects through implementation, post-warranty support, and Go-live stages.**:- **Cultivate robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.**:- **Conduct business requirement and GAP analysis workshops for template-based implementations.**:- **Collaborate closely with Project teams, customers, business units, and suppliers.**:- **Develop comprehensive test scenarios and scripts, and contribute to the automation of testing procedures.**:- **Oversee IT testing and support user acceptance testing efforts.**:- **Document user training materials for internal and customer teams.****Qualifications and Experience**:- **Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in Oracle Transportation Management or related transport solutions.**:- **Full Life Cycle Implementations: Successfully led or contributed to 4-5 full life cycle implementations, with at least one implementation executed using Agile/DevOps methodologies.**:- **Geographical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in implementing Transport solutions in a minimum of two different regions.**:- **Functional Understanding: Strong grasp of transportation customer requirements and a comprehensive technical understanding of solution capabilities such as OTM and Kewill.**:- **Methodologies: Proficient in Agile and DevOps methodologies, facilitating the seamless integration of IT practices into project execution
