.As a SAP HCM Consultant - Experienced Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:- Invite and give in the moment feedback in a constructive manner.- Share and collaborate effectively with others.- Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.- Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.- Follow risk management and compliance procedures.- Keep up-to-date with developments in area of specialism.- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials I produce.- Build and maintain an internal and external network.- Seek opportunities to learn about how we work as a global network of firms.- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.**Leave your English resume updated.****Preferred skills****Roles/Responsibilities**:Responsible for planning and executing SAP SuccessFactors Implementation / Support activities and SAP ECC Implementation / development / support activities regarding Human Resources (HR).- Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.- Ability to create presentation/workshop decks for Blueprint that need to be conveyed and be able to present them to the client.- Ability to create Process Flows in Microsoft Visio for the client's proposed business processes.- Ability to create Configuration Workbooks, Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.- Ability to configure Human Resource business processes in SuccessFactors and deliver work products / packages conforming to the Client's Standards & Requirements.- Strong configuration hands on experience in SuccessFactors and SAP ECC in HR.- Configuration Workbook- Modification and Extension Workbook- Unit Testing, Cycle Testing- Integration Testing- User Manual Preparation- User Support activities- Exposure to ASAP and other structured implementation methodologies- Regularly interact with the onsite team/client- Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls- Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client**Skills/Experience Requirements**:- English Advanced- Bachelor's Degree required- A minimum of one year functional domain experience including experience working on the HR module in SuccessFactors and SAP ECC in HR implementation projects
