**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The Consumer Analytics Analyst exists to provide the company with continuous, objective, relevant information and analysis that allows the company to understand the consumers in depth to enable of brand and marketing strategies (digital, social), data analysis & social analytics.

Responsible for supporting the consumer analytics team by collecting data and analyzing information to enable the build and segmentation of consumer audiences, profiles development, and monitor key behavior metrics to shape up a compelling Customer Relationship Model strategy.

As part of the GBS Insights & Foresights Team, you will deliver the information that enable the business teams decision making with connected data solutions.

The role provides objective, timely and relevant data analysis to monitor strategy implementation and overall business performance. The role is key in measuring organization's performance in the emerging digital and social space.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Support Sr Manager Consumer Analytics on the data analysis for:

- Consumer Analytics (including first party data, second party data, 3rd party data from various data sources - owned or external aggregated website, Audience segmentation, marketing campaigns etc).
- Social Analytics (including social media pages, owned channels - facebook, Instagram, marketing campaigns deployed on the social space, etc).
- Manage and update end user reports with quality information.
- Mine data to create insightful cross-platform analyses of audience behavior.
- Give follow up to Social Data & Analytics in order to offer 1 Integrated Single Consumer View based on the whole Analytics Data Set, Digital behavior, interest, patterns of browsing activities, past history purchase, hobbies or preferences Analysis & Sentiment Analysis.
- Extract data from a variety of data sources to enable Sr Manager Consumer Analytics to build predictions and data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage the power of data & analytics to identify opportunities to drive growth of the company and enable timely and quality decision making.
- Support Sr Manager Consumer Analytics to track audience effectiveness; monitor offline/online sources for analysis (tying Adobe data with media & campaign data, other consumer data); Monitor the digital systems & overlay offline signals for performance KPIs.
- Mine and analyze data from existing or new consumer databases to uncover trends, changes, patterns, and anomalies in voluminous data sets.
- Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.
- Develop analytical thinking, collaboration with business and technology associates, identify opportunities.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Educational qualifications: Graduate in Engineering / Statistics / Computer Science / Mathematics / Marketing / Market research / Analytics or other quantitative discipline.
- The jobholder should be:

- a strong communicator.
- able to extract and transform data from different sources.
- able to deal with uncertainty and feel conforable with change.
- agile when dealing with ambiguity.
- manages pressure well.
- has passion for data & digital analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge on SQL lenguage.
- Basic Dashboarding knowledge: building, configurating & customizing (like: Adobe analytics, Power Bi, etc).
- Can learn quickly
- is a curious self-starter, flexible problem solver, and embrace an agile mentality.
- A team-player attitude is crucial, value collaboration, curiosity.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with other levels of staff in all departments and companies both within the Group and externally.
- Fluency in English is a must, since the role is regarding the US market.

**BENEFICIAL**
- Python would be a plus.
