Performs on:Site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation. Provides technical support and training to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.This role in summaryThe person will be responsible for supporting the Consumer Care team through different activities. The main objective of the position is to manage and coordinate the communication of the companys services, accessories and consumables in the different brand sites, social networks or point of sale material in order to ensure that our customers receive an after sales service that exceeds their expectations. The person will be responsible for coordinating advertising campaigns with the creative agency for the different media (digital or print) to be used in Mexico and Northern Latin America. On the other hand,the person will be in charge of the coordination and execution of some projects that may change from year to year, such is the case of new products or services. The person must prepare a commercial calendar to give detailed support to each planned promotional activity. Follow:Up should be done on a weekly basis to ensure the success of the events before, during and after the promotional activities.
