Country: MexicoLocation: LOC5017: Carrier - Finance Shared, Galeana 469 Ote, Santa Catarina, 66350 MexicoRole Summary:As a Contact Service Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for all Payroll-related inquiries.Key Job Responsibilities:Intake and manage payroll-related inquiries from employees and Business Unit partners.Resolve and close inquiries as first point of contact where possible.Reset payroll employee self-service passwords.Provide a high level of support by ensuring all inquiries are responded to in an efficient, professional, and timely manner.Liaise effectively with Payroll Team to ensure inquiries are resolved in a satisfactory manner.Qualifications:Great command of spoken and written English.High School degree or equivalent.3+ years customer service experience in a call center setting (or in a similar environment helping customers over the phone), using ticketing tools such as (but not limited to): Service Now, or Salesforce.Experience with payroll systems.Basic knowledge of Payroll.Excellent customer service skills.Good command of MS Office.Strong written and oral communication skills.Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.Strong customer focus and technical aptitude; sense of urgency; strong organizational skills.Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
