What You'll DoYour role as a Customer Service will include, but not be limited to the following:- Provide excellent customer service to our Customers by contacting our Support Center via phone line, chat, and/or any other contact method established.- Answer questions and address any problems raised by our customers.- Keep records of customers' interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions, are taken.- Precise follow-up skills for inquiries needing additional details to take to completion.- Report any tools & access-related issues of the company App.
